Cindy McDonald
 is a Board Certified Micropigmentation Technician, and a current member and diplomat of The American Academy Of Micropigmentation (AAM). Cindy has additional advanced training in all permanent makeup procedures including Softap, She has served as a moderator on the AAM Message Board where she has shared information with technicians worldwide . Cindy received an award from the AAM at the Orlando 2002 convention for her contribution and continued excellence in the field of permanent makeup. Cindy is a member of The Society Of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals (S.P.C.P), and has been a professional in the beauty industry for over 20 years. Cindy is dedicated to keeping her clients comfortable and is a perfectionist in the art of permanent makeup.
Lindsey McDonald
 is a certified Softap permanent makeup Technician. Lindsey received her training in Phoenix Arizona by world renowned Softap Specialist Jane Adler. Lindsey is a perfectionist in the art of permanent makeup, and an asset to the Leopard Lily Studio.
Choosing The Right Technician 
It is so important to choose the right technician for your permanent makeup application. Be sure to view before and after photos of the technician's work. Tour the procedure area and make sure it is safe and clean. Ask to view the tools used during a procedure. Check for certification and ask if the technician continues their education and how often. Be prepared to ask questions. Before scheduling your appointment ask yourself these questions? Am I comfortable with the technician? Does the technician understand my needs? Do I feel informed?
